Position summary

Tantus, a Sikich Subsidiary, is seeking a Task Manager / Scrum Master (Data Automation & Reporting) role focuses on leading technical teams to transform manual business processes into automated digital workflows.

What will you do in this role?

• Monitor team progress and ensure deliverables meet federal requirements.
• Identify and resolve workflow and data access issues.
• Maintain documentation and job aids for automation tools.
• Provide status updates to leadership and bridge communication.
• Ensure automation initiatives reduce manual workload.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Total Professional Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years in project coordination, task management, or agile delivery.
• Scrum & Task Leadership: At least 3–5 years acting as a Scrum Master or Task Manager for technical teams focused on data, reporting, or software automation.
• Workflow Optimization: Proven experience in process mapping—identifying manual business tasks and coordinating their transformation into automated digital workflows.
• Agile Execution: Solid background in managing sprint cycles and backlogs within fast-paced environments that require continuous delivery of reporting updates and compliance tools.
• Expert in managing daily operations of a technical team, including leading stand-ups, removing blockers, and ensuring focus on sprint goals.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to document manual processes and translate them into user stories.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on workload reduction impact and reporting deadlines.
• Understanding of Power BI dashboards, ETL processes, and automation scripting.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Google collaboration tools.

Preferred Certifications & Qualifications

• Agile & Scrum: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I).

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $160,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
