MuleSoft Integration Engineer
Sikich is seeking a MuleSoft Integration Engineer to join our growing Technology Services team. The role will include analyzing, designing, and developing integrations in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and business stakeholders. The engineer will work to develop APIs with an emphasis on maximizing re-use, flexibility, scalability, and security.

What will you do in this role?
- Develop Mulesoft Integrations supporting agile Salesforce Development teams
- Support Mulesoft infrastructure setup and establishing CI/CD pipelines
- Defining API standards
- Creating architecture diagrams and documentation for client projects.
- Unit testing and QA of Mulesoft development; supporting client UAT as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with integrations and work within an enterprise integration team supporting new development activities as well as current production applications
- With limited supervision or guidance, assist in recommending solution approaches to integration various technologies
- Work with technical and business stakeholders to communicate necessary information to execute complex systems integrations
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Information Technology field
- Associate’s degree, and two or more years of related work experience, in addition to the prerequisite experience listed below, required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing high volume web services using API Protocols and Data Formats (REST, JSON, SOAP & XML).
- 3+ years experience with Mulesoft or similar integration platform Experience with Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure Devops, etc.
- Demonstrated / referenceable experience using API Products and designing and implementing API-led approach to integration.
- Experience working with and writing Swagger definitions Experience developing in agile & with CI tools like GitHub
- Experience integrating with identity access management / identity proofing solutions preferred
- Experience integration Okta Identity solution preferred
- Experience integrating with VMWare Workspace One preferred
- Experience supporting SMS/notification integrations preferred
- Certifications with Salesforce and/or Mulesoft preferred
- Strong team player who is comfortable working virtually and independently
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Works well under deadlines
