Position Summary
 
What will you do in this role?
  • Overseeing and executing daily accounting and finance responsibilities at our clients, especially core accounting functions like AR, AP, and month-end close (MEC)  
  • Analyzing, developing, and working with client teams to implement financial and operational infrastructure for clients 
  • Managing and executing project work deliverables, including qualitative and quantitative tasks and analytics to accelerate revenue growth and profitability  
  • Creating monthly reporting packages, cash flow forecasts, and documentation of key processes and controls 
  • Maintaining strong attention to detail to ensure a consistent work product  
  • Directly managing projects to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met 
  • Assessing and tackling project issues as they arise in a logical, data-driven manner 
  • Providing real-time feedback and updates to project teams and clients on a routine basis  
 
 
What do you need to succeed in this role?
  • 3-7 years of experience required, ideally in consulting or audit 
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Accounting or Finance  
  • CPA Preferred 
  • Strong grasp of foundational finance and accounting reporting best practices required  
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required 
  • Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills 
  • Effective verbal and written communicator  
  • Proven track record of improving financial and operational processes, preferably with growth companies 
  • Proven experience in managing client service teams and client relationships 
  • Able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently under tight deadlines and pressure
