Salesforce Senior Technical Lead/Architect 
Sikich LLP is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead / Architect to join our Salesforce Implementation Team. In this client-facing role as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect, the ideal candidate enjoys working hands-on with our customers to design and architect state of the art systems and solutions on Salesforce.

What will you do in this role? 
  • Oversee design and architecture of complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions
  • In depth familiarity and knowledge of different salesforce license models and limitations
  • Drive the technical scoping and development of the solution
  • Work with clients to conceptualize and define system architecture with a focus on scalability and ease of maintenance downstream
  • Look for ways to improve performance, user experience, and adoption of the solution
  • Think outside the box on solutions; look for optimal solutions aligned to our client’s unique needs
  • In depth familiarity and knowledge of development and deployment best practices and methodologies
What do you need to succeed in this role? 
  • 10+ years experience defining application architecture, preferably for cloud solutions including at least 7 years in Salesforce.
  • 7+ years working with salesforce in a technical role.
  • 7+ years as a Salesforce Developer
  • 7+ years experience in a Senior / Lead capacity
  • 7+ years experience working as a Salesforce Architect
  • Familiarity with agile / scrum methodology
  • Demonstrated hands-on ability to create necessary technical documentation including high level systems design, low level systems design, system landscape, entity relationship diagrams, configuration workbooks, and other client deliverables for enterprise salesforce implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead a cross functional team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel as needed
