  • Responsible for coordinating IT Solutions annual client renewals for vendor warranties, support agreements, and subscriptions
  • Secure renewal quotes from vendors
  • Update client agreements in ConnectWise Manage
  • Create and deliver client invoices and client renewal quotes
  • Follow up with clients on unpaid renewals
  • Answer client questions
  • Coordinate with Client Account Manager and Purchasing teams
  • Support internal Sikich IT with renewals
  • Assist with Microsoft CSP program
  • Maintain knowledge of vendor licensing programs and channel requirements
  • Fully utilize the quoting and ticketing system as required
  • Perform other Sales Operations tasks as needed (ex. assist the outside Sales team and Network Consultants in creating quotes, etc.)



  • Prior billing/invoicing experience
  • Strong demonstrated experience in customer service environments, dealing with external clients on a regular basis
  • IT practice support experience strongly preferred, including working with administrative, billing, sales support, and purchasing
  • ConnectWise Manager experience a plus
