Media Coordinator - Contractor

Description

Shutterfly is seeking a Media Coordinator (Contractor) to join the Shutterfly Inc. marketing team. This role will support the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to ensure successful and flawless execution of all paid awareness campaigns. The Media Coordinator will be responsible for project management of media programs and creative work, as well as developing requests for campaign assets and inputting internal requests. Strong organizational skills a must!

Responsibilities in detail:

  • Manage creative process with internal team to develop marketing assets to support media campaigns (includes display, print, video, radio & TV campaigns)
  • Input briefs and creative needs into internal creative project management system
  • Quality assurance checks of all developed creative work
  • Work with Ad Ops team to set up tags and trouble shoot technical issues with tracking and measurement
  • Assist with campaign optimizations and weekly reporting
  • Help support project plans, calendars and media launches to keep tasks on time
  • Route statements of work and insertion orders through the legal approval process
  • Assist in managing programmatic display campaigns via DSP

Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, communications or communications related field
  • 2+ years of display/online media experience (agency experience a plus)
  • Able to work effectively across functional groups
  • Good project management, planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong data and analytical skills are preferred
  • Familiar with CTR, VCR, CPM, CPC and LTV
