Borrowlenses.com is searching for a friendly Front Desk Video Specialist to join our growing team!
Our Front Desk Customer Service department interfaces with clients and works closely with every department to handle each step of the customer’s rental experience.
This position requires the representative to have a high retention rate, a lust for details, and strong grammatical skills. Strong preference for hands-on video knowledge/experience. Must be able to communicate calmly when handling difficult situations, have the ability to multitask 3 or more projects, and assist customers with equipment recommendations and troubleshooting.
Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm and Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Preparing and returning orders for clients
• Knowing all practices and policies of Borrowlenses.com
• Troubleshooting equipment problems, and general account issues
• Recommending appropriate gear based on the customer’s needs
Experience and Qualifications:
• Previous customer service / retail experience
• Basic computing skills
• Able to multitask
• Able to work solo and within a group
• Interest in photographic or video equipment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent videography experience
