Recruiting Coordinator- Contractor

The Contract Recruiting Coordinator will partner with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and Human Resources to ensure a fantastic Candidate experience for everyone that engages with Shutterfly, Inc.

Duties: Coordinate high volumes of candidate interviews including (but not limited to): obtaining Candidate availability, calendaring, managing candidate paperwork, scheduling interviews in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and confirming interviews

  • Greet Candidates and ensure a quality onsite experience
  • Format job descriptions and post jobs to external job boards
  • Update Candidate pipeline reports with scheduling information
  • Manage communication flow between Staffing, Candidates, hiring teams, and potentially agencies
  • Partner with hiring teams and recruiters to ensure positive Candidate experience
  • Maintain Interview Room cleanliness
  • Monitor Interview team timeliness, gather interview feedback
  • Book Candidate Travel
  • Manage Candidate & Offer Packets
  • Create Offer Letters
  • Support aspects of the new hire process and on-boarding
  • Act as a liaison to HR Generalists and Hiring Managers
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail on a daily basis
  • Assist with HR duties or projects as requested


  • 1-3 years Human Resources and/or recruiting function experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Phenomenal Customer Service experience & attitude
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize work from multiple clients in a high volume environment
  • Previous experience in a role that demonstrates the ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Previous experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple attendees across varying locations using MS Outlook
  • Ability to demonstrate consistent follow-through and follow-up
  • Willingness to be flexible is key
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships across various groups
  • Possess the desire and experience to provide outstanding customer service to all individuals involved in the hiring process
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources or related discipline preferred (Associate’s Degree and 4+ years of quality, pertinent experience acceptable)

This is a contract opportunity that will be payrolled through a contract agency. Length of contract will six months with opportunity to extend contract.
