Associate Marketing Manager

The Associate Marketing Manager will manage co-marketing relationships and strategic partnerships to drive new revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.  Partner closely with Business Development and cross functional teams to evaluate partnerships at the onset, create marketing programs, execute, support, measure and optimize partnerships. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to efficiently drive revenue and acquire new customers through various marketing channels
  • Work with business development to determine which companies to target based on marketing strategy
  • Create, evaluate, develop and execute marketing plans with potential and existing partners
  • Partner with key cross functional teams (e.g. eCommerce, Promotions, Social, CRM, Creative, and Product Management) to launch partnership programs
  • Communicate with leadership on performance of Partner Channel, trends, forecasts and recommendations
  • Maintain strong direct relationships with partners and internal teams to support rapid deployment
  • Work with creative services to drive relevant campaign asset development consistent with messaging strategy
  • Consider relevant seasonal influences, product initiatives and promotional learnings to integrate into successful partner marketing programs
  • Optimize programs to improve ROI
  • Forecast and track impact of partnerships and budgets

  • 2+ years of experience leading partnerships and delivering creative marketing programs that produce results
  • Online marketing and promotion experience
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage key program metrics to maximize ROI and report on results

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, finance or related field; MBA a plus
