Online Marketing Specialist- Contractor

Develop and execute direct response, awareness, and mobile app campaigns leveraging existing and emerging social media and display platforms for Shutterfly, Tiny Prints and The Wedding Shop brands

  • Create and optimize performance-driven paid social media and display campaigns to deliver direct-response revenue and new customers
  • Track paid and organic KPIs and budgets and report performance that meets the channel-specific goals of the brands
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional marketing, creative and business management teams to help drive roadmap projects to deliver revenue
  • Create and launch paid awareness campaigns to drive upper funnel traffic and brand awareness including sweepstakes, content articles and brand videos


  • Minimum 3+ years of consumer marketing with at least 3 years of online marketing experience driving revenue
  • Proven success driving mobile app growth through digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce space
  • Experience running paid media on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, generating positive ROI
  • Ability to work in project management software for creation, review and execution of marketing assets.
  • Proven and demonstrable excellent data analytical skills. A problem-solver, able to analyze large amounts of data and produce actionable insight
  • Results-driven. Be able to work to, and be motivated by, revenue targets
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in the presentation of data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross functionally with the creative, analytics, vendor, and management teams
  • Independent self-starter; highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
