3rd Shift Hours:

Thurs - Sat, 5am - 5pm

Thurs - Sat, 5am - 5pm
Sun, 5am - 5pm every other week

Hours may vary during peak seasons, flexibility to work various shifts &/or weekends as needed


Drives Safety, Quality, and Production Metrics throughout the manufacturing area(s) and may specialize in areas. Oversees workflow to our company’s best practices and meets expectations for fulfillment. Identifies needs and issues and communicates them timely to Management, Technical Staffs, and other shifts. Will fill in as the Shift Manager when needed.



    • Follows and enforces all facility and department safety rules
    • Conducts safety walk-throughs within the department and facility
    • Conducts safety training meetings with associates
    • Reports any and all injuries or prohibited activities to manager on a very timely basis
    • Understands and communicates all Quality metrics within the department
    • Conducts weekly Quality meetings to discuss QA and customer feedback
    • Shares any and all quality issues with management, technical staff, and other shifts
    • Conducts one on one discussions with associates in references to specific quality issues
    • Understands and communicates all production metrics within the department
    • Conducts daily/weekly meetings discussing results and daily plans
    • Creates cross-training matrix to show the cross-training needs of the department
    • Works with forecast planning and sets goals for the department
    • Understands and executes whatever it takes for on-time fulfillment of all products
    • Has daily start-up meeting with staff to include safety, quality, 5S, passdown metrics, and goals per shift
    • Participates in daily Tier 2 meeting with Shift and Productions Managers to share above information
    • Will fill in for Manager at Tier3 meeting when needed
    • Will participate in any scheduled/unscheduled production or planning meetings when needed


  • Gets directives and predetermined work assignments from Shift Manager
  • Keeps the Shift Manager informed as to actual versus goal throughout the shift
  • Promptly report errors and road blocks to the Shift Manger and / or Technical staff
  • Maintain a good professional relationship with all associates, Leads, Shift Managers, Technicians
  • Assist operators by answering questions and demonstrating operations
  • Make recommendations for new procedures
  • Review with Shift Manager any personnel needs/issues on a daily basis
  • Actively participate in department and 1 on 1 meetings
  • Will communicate/work across all product lines in reference to excess labor or labor needs and make adjustments
  • Would maintain any and all types of communication with the production manager throughout the shift
  • Would interact and communicate with any and all support groups in reference to issues and ideas



  • Experience with high volume repetitive production type operations
  • 2 Year Technical Degree and or 3 years Production Lead experience
  • Solid computer knowledge to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
