Specialist, Mobile Marketing

Shutterfly is looking for a highly-motivated team member to join our Mobile Marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving operations, reporting and analytics of Shutterfly’s owned mobile channels, including push and in app notifications and mobile web banners. This role will be impacting key areas of revenue growth and innovation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creative briefing and asset management for push and mobile web campaigns
  • Set-up and deployment of push and mobile web banners
  • A/B test set-up and test design and analysis
  • Develop and run weekly reports on the impact of push and mobile web banners
  • Post mortem and ad-hoc reporting to derive insights and implement best practices for the business
  • Evolve success KPIs, reporting and dashboards
  • Increase operations velocity and speed of testing by improving on existing processes and/or implementing new processes

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years minimum of experience in CRM, ad ops, or push notifications
  • Advanced level in Excel
  • Basic level experience in SQL desired
  • Strong analytics and data visualization skills (comfortable creating reports and dashboards)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in quantitative fields (ex: economics, statistics, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented: loves digging into details to identify root causes and trends
  • Excellent communication skills: You are able to translate complex data into consumable and actionable insights

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with A/B testing and test design a plus
  • Experience in app data tools (e.g. MixPanel, Braze)
  • Experience in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos)
