Shutterfly SBS business unit is seeking a Technical Program Manager. The primary focus of the role is to organize and manage projects in two areas: Strategic and Technology Standards. The Strategic Technology area includes high critical C-level projects (related to Innovation and/or Infrastructure/Cloud). The Technology Standards projects include Shutterfly Corporate alignment projects related to CTO office and Information Security areas. Other secondary responsibilities include supporting quarterly CAPEX reporting and assisting with process standards and tools.

Ideal role split: 40% Strategic Technology Program Management, 50% Technology Standards Program Management, 10% CAPEX reporting and 10% Process Standards/Tools (Kanban, JIRA).

Responsibilities:
• Tactically own and execute portfolio of projects in Strategic and Technology Standards areas. Drive on-time delivery of projects across teams
• Work with corporate teams (CTO office, InfoSec etc.) to identify and build backlog for Technology Standards projects that SBS must implement. Work with the VP to create the roadmap based on business / customer risk. Work with functional teams and/or Architect to execute roadmap items
• Identify and raise project delivery issues and risks for mediation, resolution or escalation to the appropriate level on a timely basis. Work with cross-functional teams within and outside SBS technology to resolve project issues and ensure project success
• Provide Program and Project status reports to management
• Work with SBS Technology Managers to setup quarterly CAPEX reporting
• Assist with Process Standards and Tools (JIRA/Kanban)
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years program management experience in an IT and/or software environment
• Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Ability to lead technical teams on projects that involve complex initiatives like Cloud Migration, Information Security and Standards deployment
• Proven track record of managing large, enterprise-wide technology projects involving cross-functional teams in Development, Operations and Information Security
• Strong technical analysis, reporting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent oral/written communication and leadership skills
• Must have a positive, Can Do! Attitude





Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP certification
• Kanban methodology and Jira experience
• Exposure to Technology (Servers, Networking, Cloud, Information Security)
• Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering or related field
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically
• Strong customer focus and owner mindset
• Proven track record of delivering Software Products
