The Operations Manager manages and leads the Area operations functions, including hiring, training and coaching the account support and production teams. In addition, this role ensures adherence to, and consistent efficient execution of all operations processes, procedures and practices to meet company guidelines and achieve results.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Manages all Operations and Production functions in the area in order to ensure flawless executing of picture days.
  • Hires, coaches, and trains the Account Support and Production team members to ensure they are delivering outstanding customer service to their schools and sales partners.
  • Manages the Operations schedule, and payroll to meet seasonal budget target.
  • Hold employees accountable by developing, displaying and updating key metrics recognizing successes and implementing performance improvement plans, as appropriate.
  • Ensures all Pre-and Post Picture Day production and Operations administrative processes are consistently and accurately performed including monitoring Salesforce performance and collaborating with lab partners to resolve issues.
  • Collaborates with Area leadership team to ensure the entire area is aligned on standardized company processes and procedures, as well as identifying opportunities to strengthen area performance and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Performs administrative functions (e.g., ensuring compliance, tracking and reporting task completion, approving time records) accurately by established deadlines and ensures all Operations staff meet all deadlines.
  • Communicates and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as addresses non-compliance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Safe-guards all customer, employee and company proprietary and personal information ensuring customer and employee data is kept confidential at all times.
The Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 - 5 years of business, operations or management experience leading direct report.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead change.
