The Project Manager will assist the Project Management team with planning and coordinating tasks to ensure successful completion for field operations projects and lead small projects using project management fundamentals.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Develop project plans and manage project workstreams or teams, based on need
  • Work with Project Managers on the team on various parts of different projects
  • Prepare progress reports, recaps and presentations for various projects
  • Attend various project meetings – assist with taking notes and capturing follow up items
  • Manage the creation and upkeep of various business-essential forms through SharePoint
  • Assist with the management of virtual and in person Field meetings
  • Assist with timeline development, ensure workstreams are staying on schedule, and offer guidance to improve progress
  • Execute standard project management tools, resources and best practices in collaboration with broader team
  • Provide consistent and transparent communication to project team and leadership teams regarding project progress, metrics, results, deployment activities, risks and roadblocks
  • Other duties as assigned
The Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, marketing or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in coordinating or managing projects from start to finish.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • General knowledge of project management software
  • Ability to work with employees from different departments
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Passionate about developing positive working relationships to ensure a collaborative and effective working environment.
  • Capable of holding others accountable to commitments required to meet project objectives.
  • Seeks opportunities for process improvement, makes recommendations and pursues process changes.
