Office Services Assistant – Haifa

Shutterfly is looking for a highly motivated candidate with the primary responsibility of assisting the Office Services and Employee Experience Manager with managing the office facilities at the Shutterfly headquarters in Haifa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all office activities and office administration for the site, including managing vendor relationships (RFP’s, contracts, budgets and invoices), managing the badging process and cleaning schedule ensuring the facilities are kept tidy and clean
  • Maintain the inventory and handle ordering of all office supplies, stationary, and furniture
  • Act as the point person for all mailing and shipping to and from the office
  • Provide general support to office visitors
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure all new hires and employees are set up with the equipment that they need
  • Support the leadership of the site with assigned activities deemed necessary to support operations
  • Act as liason between staff and vendors/suppliers
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events including setting up rooms for meetings and ordering food as necessary
  • Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned


  • 2+ years of office administration experience
