Built on the tradition of “Picture Day” Lifetouch captures smiling faces, preschool through high school graduation. We also reach our customers through additional product lines including portrait studios, yearbooks, sports, events, and churches.     

Lifetouch has an exciting opportunity for aPhotography Administratorposition!  

The Photography Administrator collaborates with the Area Photography and Operations Manager and a team of Account Specialist and Photography leaders to coordinate and maintain the weekly photography schedule.  They will also assist with onboarding and some administrative support for the Photography team. 
 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities   

  • Works with operations and photography partners to build effective schedules that appropriately utilize our resources to provide the best service to our accounts and help us deliver outstanding Picture Day experiences. 
  • Coordinates all scheduling changes and ensures communication with appropriate personnel including Photography Supervisors and Photographers.  
  • Collects and reviews and Picture Day Report Card information. Shares information with Photography Supervisor(s) or Photography Manager(s) as instructed.   
  • Performs administrative functions for the Photography team as needed (e.g. gas log maintenance, ordering supplies, time records follow-up (e.g., missed punches), photography contests, accurately by established deadlines.  

Additional Duties and Responsibilities     

  • Assists with Photographer onboarding. 
  • Takes initiative to resolve scheduling issues, in an employee and customer-focused manner, as needed. 

Education 

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience. 

Experience 

  • Experience working with excel, Salesforce or another scheduling or data management system
  • 2 – 3 years related administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Enjoys a team environment but comfortable working independently as needed
