Shutterfly Lifetouch, LLC has critical roles as HR Coordinators (Covid-19 Support).  These are temporary, 90-day roles. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with assigned HR Business Partners to follow up with leaders and employees to conduct contact tracing interviews, follow-ups
  • Utilize the existing system to log all results/findings
  • Stay in regular communication with HRBP and leaders
  • Utilize templates to prepare communications 
  • Service point of contact for employees in quarantine to update the company on their status
  • On-call potential nights and weekends

Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Organized
  • Detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with technology - Teams, Excel, Word
  • Basic knowledge of human resources

Education:
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field, strongly preferred
