We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our fun office staff that is responsive and detail-oriented to join our Lifetouch National Schools office team to assist with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

This position is responsible for the movement of information and materials prior to and after picture day and related administrative functions to ensure effective and efficient pre and post picture day operations.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the movement of information and materials prior to and after picture day and related administrative functions to ensure effective and efficient pre and post picture day operations.

 The Skills You’ll Bring 

  • Diploma or general degree (GED) required, 4-year degree preferred. 
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven computer skills, ability to learn new systems and integrate information. Microsoft Office, Excel and Salesforce experience is a plus. 
  • Highly organized 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. 
  • Ability to multi- task
