**This is a contract position (M-F, 40 hours a week) lasting approximately 3-6 months. **

 

As the Payroll Coordinator, you will provide different levels of administrative support to the payroll function.

The role reports to the Payroll Supervisor.

Responsibilities (subject to change)

*Enter and coordinate payroll data, such as time records, tax authorities, etc.

*Enter and upload noncash items in a spreadsheet and upload

*Complete employee verifications, and other forms.

* Run reports out of the payroll system, analyze and fix any errors.

*Participate in balancing payrolls if applicable *Report any issues to Payroll Supervisor

*Participate in any projects that may come up.

Skills

*Minimum one year payroll department experience

*Ability to meet deadlines

*Ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel

*Familiarity with payroll software a plus (SAP/EC/ECP/Kronos/WFM)

*Strong attention to detail required

*Associates Degree including general math skills
