Shutterfly is looking for a strategic and goal-oriented Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to lead a team driving growth of our consumer brands. As a leader in the Performance Media Team you’ll be responsible for direct response, mobile installs, and strategic awareness programs for the Shutterfly brands in the social and display channels by profitably driving direct revenue and new customer growth. 

Responsibilities for the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute direct response, awareness, and mobile app and direct response campaigns leveraging existing and emerging social media and display platforms for Shutterfly, Tiny Prints and The Wedding Shop brands
  • Lead and manage team to create and optimize performance-driven social media and display campaigns to deliver mobile app growth, direct-response revenue and new customers
  • Track KPIs and budgets and report performance that meets the channel-specific goals of the brands
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional marketing, creative and business management teams to help drive roadmap projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of consumer marketing with at least 3 years of online marketing experience driving ROI-positive direct revenue
  • Proven success driving mobile app growth through digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce space
  • Strong background running paid media on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest and Display Programmatic
  • Experience in other key digital channels and partners like Snapchat, TikTok, Search, ASA, UAC are a plus
  • Proven and demonstrable data analytical skills. A problem-solver, able to analyze large amounts of data and produce actionable insight
  • Budget and forecasting management of high-performance digital campaigns
  • Results-driven. Be able to work to, and be motivated by, revenue targets
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in the presentation of data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, and familiarity with SQL a plus
  • Overall eCommerce channel ad technology experience/fluency (DPA, DCO, DSP, DMP, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross functionally with the creative, analytics, and management teams
  • Independent self-starter; highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • BS/BA required
