Within the Shutterfly Strategic Development and Accounts team, the Project Coordinator will be a key member in a supporting role to the program. They will help move projects through execution while engaging across functions (both technical and non-technical). This position may require occasional travel.

What You’ll Do here

  • Providing support to program managers and business leaders when requested
  • Assist in orchestrating the successful delivery for multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Assists in coordinating projects and tasks 
  • Monitor project status and implement reengagement techniques for stalled and/or at-risk implementations
  • Maintain/create documentation and Wiki/Share Point Sites
  • Own resolving environment issues and mapping ETE
  • Participating in meetings, taking, and publishing minutes
  • Own the distribution of pre-launch/launch notifications and weekly post-production bug report distribution
The Skills You’ll Bring
  • 2 -3 years previous project coordination experience
  • Clear written and verbal communications skills and strong client relationship skills
  • A problem-solving mentality 
  • Ability to work in a team environment and remote from team members
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Atlassian products Suite
  • Experience building working relationships with peers across functions and external partnerships/clients
  • Team player that is adaptable and flexible
It is helpful, but not required to have
  • Familiarity with software development product life cycle
