Coordinate materials movement through all Shutterfly warehouses, 3rd party logistic partners, and when needed, partner sites, in an efficient, professional manner to ensure inventory needs are met as directed by the Supply Chain management.

What You'll Do Here :
  • Manage and coordinate movement between 3PL’s and Shutterfly
    • Scheduling deliveries from 3PL to SFLY
    • Schedule material to move from SFLY to 3PL
  • Inventory accuracy between SAP and 3PL
    • Work with Cost Accounting, Procurement, and local Warehouse management as needed
  • Receive POs going directly to 3PL
    • File paper work appropriately electronically
    • Procure PODs (or other essential paperwork) from 3PL as needed
  • Manage and coordinate movement between Shutterfly and partner network
  • Manage and coordinate movement of sales orders
  • Maintain master data as directed and required by Supply Chain Management
  • Support warehousing and procurement process of receiving exceptions
  • Manage PO requisitions for the warehouse department as needed
  • Manage min/max levels at warehouses and “supermarkets” per Supply Chain management direction
  • Coordinate with local warehouses and production teams to ensure systematic accuracy of “supermarket” set up files
  • Provide onsite support to procurement for physical inventory spot checks
  • Any other multi-site functions that evolve over time to ensure proper material flow
  • Understand manufacturing forecast and upcoming promos to manage material on hand in the warehouse appropriately
  • Drive improvements in processes related to material management

The Skills You'll Bring 
  • Familiar with InCorta, SAC, and SAP reporting
  • Familiarity with MRP systems 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Microsoft Teams communication experience
