The HRIS Manager is responsible for managing the development, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the SAP Successfactors HCM suite in collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT partners.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Drive planning and execution of system configuration changes, expanded functionality, system upgrades, and integrations tor SAP Successfactors using a Scaled Agile framework.
  • Lead and manage the HRIS team, providing direction, coaching, and feedback to ensure high quality work and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with global internal and external partners to understand business requirements and develop solutions to push HRIS capabilities forward.
  • Project manage system changes from the solution phase through development, testing, implementation, and post go-live support.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR partners to strengthen HRIS systems governance.
  • Refine and execute the HR Technology Roadmap, emphasizing SuccessFactors and other HR technologies.
  • Supervise communication and change management efforts for systems-related projects.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve processes.
  • Oversee testing and implementation of SAP Bi-annual Releases.
  • Ensure data integrity by creating data audits and implementing data validation in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Oversee support tickets and act as Tier 2 support for escalated support issues.
  • Act as HRIS representative on internal audit reviews.
  • Participates in user group meetings/conferences to stay current on HR Technology.
  • Manages HRIS duties associated with mergers and acquisitions.
  • Partner on yearly cycles within HRIS for Performance Reviews and Compensation Planning.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelors in Human Resources, or IT.
  • 5+ years of experience administering and configuring SAP Successfactors (Role-Based Permissions, Integrations, Compensation, Core HR, Onboarding, Performance, Goals, Succession, and Learning).
  • 3+ years of experience as a People Manager.
  • Experience working in a Global HR environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
