This role will be responsible for executing and facilitating collaborative, integrated Program, B2B marketing strategies across the Lifetouch business lines. The Sr. Manager, Prospect Marketing will collaboratively research, develop, and communicate strategic MQL marketing plans to meet the company's goals. They will optimize marketing efforts and collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute them. We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional with a proven ability to plan and deploy focused Host program campaigns with the aim to move customers and prospects through the B2B marketing funnel culminating in new customer acquisition and customer retention.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Strategize and execute upper funnel and conversion MQL marketing initiatives to support team goals by assembling forecast and analytics; managing digital channel strategy; promoting traffic; informing content development; etc.
  • Identify weaknesses in existing digital properties and develop solutions within budgetary constraints.
  • Communicate with management about MQL marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies.
  • Define and execute Lead Scoring strategy leveraging Salesforce/Pardot
  • Use customer and field team feedback to craft marketing messaging to address pain points upper funnel.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and narrative across several product offerings and audiences.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop dynamic UX strategies serving best-in-class digital experiences unique to customer/prospect segment.
  • Regularly analyze sales and marketing key performance indicators to drive campaign optimization.
  • Identify early risk indicators for retention efforts and implement strategies to mitigate negative outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of changes in the online marketing environment and adjust plans accordingly to meet the objectives of the organization
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, customer lifecycle, and customer retention strategies
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing suite and WordPress
  • Adept knowledge of digital/email marketing best practices
  • Perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned

The Skills and Experience You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business degree or equivalent experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in consumer marketing/product marketing, advertising, public relations, or business communication on either the client or agency side.

It's Not Required But Nice To Have: 

  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and decision-making skills
  • Creative thinker and data-driven
  • Familiarity with online content marketing, social asset management, cross-promotional and retention strategies
  • Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge in Excel
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment; you can think on your feet and don't shy away from asking questions
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
