The role will assist in driving new customer acquisition and revenue through supporting the measurement of partner campaigns and marketing execution. This includes developing campaign strategy, creative briefs, overseeing the creative development process, overseeing creative roadmaps, and working with our strategic external partners to ensure successful deployment of each campaign.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Defines the partnerships marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition and retention for photography sessions as well as ecommerce purchase across all Lifetouch business lines
  • Implements a test and learn culture with a nimble approach to marketing processes
  • Makes strategic recommendations based on budgets, data and marketing best practice
  • Defines the consumer experience and communication plans, identifying objectives, strategies, key initiatives and performance measurements by using insights collected from situation assessment, marketplace information and program financials
  • Creates strategy for ongoing optimization of partner marketing campaigns and customer touchpoint effectiveness, with expertise in across marketing channels
  • Manages marketing budget to support programs testing and underlying marketing efforts
  • Analyzes data, reports or campaign/program results and provides insights and recommendations

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business degree or equivalent experience


  • 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing/product marketing, advertising, public relations, or business communication on either the client or agency side.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
