This position will be working onsite in one of our Office or Plant locations.  (Eden Prairie, MN, Tempe, AZ, Plano, TX or San Jose, CA.)

The IT Client Services Manager will report to the CIO and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the corporate Help Desk, Desktop and end-user services groups, including Desktop Engineering.
The IT Client Services manager must have solid leadership experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive experience with the Windows desktop platform is a requirement, including but not limited to, Windows OS, Active Directory and core Microsoft desktops apps such as Office and Teams. The manager will need to help define and support desktop standards to maximize efficiency and platform compatibility. Along with the CIO and our outsourced business partners, the manager will need to proactively plan and drive new enterprise Windows desktop tools (software and hardware) as a continual process (life-cycle). 
The manager will be responsible for managing IT Client Services to ensure smooth, responsive, productive enterprise deployment and support across multiple locations. The manager is responsible for ensuring efficient IT client processes are maintained and followed to meet business objectives.  Defining and establishing key metrics and KPI’s and driving continual service improvements initiatives based on this data is imperative.  
 
The Skills and Experience You Will Bring to the Role:   
  • Perform personnel management tasks including but not limited to staff hiring, performance reviews, employee career development, timekeeping, etc. 

  • Work with other IT managers and staff in multiple offices and time zones 

  • Support Corp Comm and executive admins with critical communication distribution 

  • Maintain and optimize VIP support processes for high touch services. 

  • Customer oriented with a strong grasp of the internal customer concept 

  • Familiar with Microsoft’s cloud based application offerings, including O365 

  • Oversee the rollout of new desktop software and hardware including version upgrades. 

  • Adaptable to change and comfortable with change management.

  • Experience supporting all levels of employees from individual contributors all the way up to senior executives 

  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure IT systems and applications are highly productive for our employees 

  • Work with external vendors, including but not limited to, Microsoft 

  • Must have extensive experience managing an outsourced Helpdesk service 

  • Experienced with the support of mobile devices, such as BYOD smart phones 

  • Familiarity with automation technologies is a plus. 

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (CS) or Management of Information Systems (MIS) and at least 10 years’ experience in corporate IT Client Services preferred 

  • 5 years’ management and strategic experience is strongly preferred

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.  
California: [$122,500-174,000]
Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island: [$122,500 -154,250]
Colorado and Washington: [$122,500-147,500]
Nevada: [$115,250-154.250]
