We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support our Field Technical Services and Photography Technical Support teams. This role is responsible for managing inventory flow, replenishing stock, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to internal associates. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and excels at multitasking under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Conduct daily reviews of Kanban markets to ensure products are properly stocked and organized for efficient picking.
  • Monitor parts queue and deliver items promptly to internal associate locations.
  • Utilize SAP to manage inventory movements and update physical stock locations.
  • Receive and process repaired equipment from internal teams.
  • Package and label inventory for return to stock.
  • Maintain satellite supply locations and communicate updates or needs to department supervisors.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to manage high-demand items and maintain service levels.
  • Receive and inventory returned goods from the field.
  • Communicate effectively across teams to support smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, reporting any issues as needed.
  • Assist with various departmental projects as assigned.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying materials throughout the day.
Qualifications:
 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with inventory systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.  
 
Minnesota: [$33,250 - $42,750]
