This role is the analyst for Field Technical Services systems and supports day-to-day functionality and collaborates on changes. In addition, the Technical Services Analyst drives process improvement, maintains integration to other systems, and develops and delivers department reporting.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Analyze, design, test, document, and implement technically sound solutions in accordance with team
    requirements, and best practice standards
  • Perform day to day administrative duties on systems such as SeviceNow and SAP
  • Conduct analysis around, and ensure accuracy of, equipment shipments and returns
  • Support processes put in place to effectively track equipment disposition
  • Design, maintain, and distribute team reporting as assigned using systems such as Excel and Power BI
  • Respond to production problems and coordinate immediate resolution efforts across technology areas through collaboration with systems owners
  • Work with IT teams to maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external business applications
  • Creates and maintains documentation for user support and reference
  • Work with end users, stakeholders, and management to define and create reports, dashboards, and data analysis products
The Skills You’ll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED required, post-secondary education (bachelors or associates degree), preferred
  • 1-3 years in technical support function or related experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 suite
  • Core ITSM / ITIL best practices knowledge, certification preferred
  • Knowledge about systems administration – such as ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Computer literate, with a working knowledge of inventory control and data base systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work weekends
It is helpful, but not required to have:
  • IT function specialty certification (e.g., A+, Network +), preferred
