Your Opportunity: Lead or Manager of Engineering for Spoonflower 
We are excited to announce an opening for a Manager of Engineering to lead Spoonflower's innovative print-on-demand e-commerce platform. Key Qualifications: 
  • 10+ years in software engineering, with a recent focus on architectural or management experience (minimum two years as a Lead or manager with direct reports).
  • 5+ years leading enterprise applications, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFE).
  • A strong foundation in SaaS integrations, primarily with headless and modular e-commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and architecting high-scale enterprise or e-commerce systems.
  • Background in delivering customer-facing experiences, combined with strong technical skills, project management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience leading high-performance global engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, RESTful API, Microservices, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience.
