Within the Shutterfly Strategic Development and Accounts team a Project Manager must track, monitor and coordinate platform and partner specific projects end to end, so that they are on time and within budget/resourcing while engaging stakeholders across functions of the organization.


Track and manage the execution of projects within an overall program for key partners, across functions (both technical and non-technical) from design through to program close out. This position may require occasional travel.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Track projects and ensure they are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the partner, all stakeholders and Program Manager
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • 3+ Years of Project Management and Change Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field
  • PMP / PRINCE II Certification will be considered, but not required.
  • Experience in internal or external change management consulting
  • Experience on End to End process definition and implementation
  • eCommerce or retail experience preferred
