Shutterfly is seeking a Talent Management System Specialist to join our Talent Team. This position will play a key role in contributing to the roadmap for Talent Management, primarily as a Systems Specialist along with some program management responsibilities. The focus of the role will be to support and maintain the all of the Talent Management modules which includes L&D, Performance, Calibration, 9-Box, Succession, and others within SAP SuccessFactors with accompanying program management support to the Talent team. In addition, this role will also be responsible for system support/administration of our annual employee survey.
Talent Management: Serve as an SAP SuccessFactors expert resource on the team and with internal business/COE partners with a focus on Talent Modules (Performance, Calibration, 9-Box, Succession) as well as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure the development of solutions. Collaborate on project teams supporting talent technology implementations.
- Perform as the systems administrator for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, using system knowledge and expertise to understand business processes, gaps and opportunities to convert that knowledge into effective and efficient business solutions for the Talent modules.
- Provides day to day support and maintenance of all Talent Management Modules
- Oversees all data management and reporting processes within the Talent Management modules
- Assists with implementation of process changes and business system enhancements.
- Works with HR Operations and other technical teams to support on-going Talent system set up, implementation, change requirements and Talent functionality issues and resolution – including ongoing system releases and new application integrations.
- Partners with the HR Operations team to troubleshoot and correct issues within the system modules.
- Supports system upgrades/conversions and projects for the Talent team, as needed.
- Owns the build/setup of all necessary systematic forms and processes.
- Supports HR Business Partners with all Talent system functionality, as needed.
- Identifies process improvement opportunities and makes recommendations.
Learning and Development: Ensure employees can easily consume content within the LMS, including asynchronous learning as well as live learning events. Work with leaders to provide timeline feedback and reporting on learning. Help to architect new learning programs and solutions within the Success Factors LMS environment.
- Owns corporate L&D Learning Management System (LMS) functional administration, including:
- Strategizes by identifying, designing, and executing learning operational needs, through the LMS, other learning partners and technologies to continue improving the learning approach and maintain state-of-the-art practices.
- Manages training technologies and partnerships - provides training on all L&D technology, including indirect applications like LinkedIn Learning, etc., supporting the organization as needed. Ensures all LMS documentation and training materials are up to date.
- Leads and maintains Product Owner duties including – ensuring consistency with teams using the system, escalation of tickets, when necessary, continued partnership with Epi-Use and HRIS.
- Partners across multiple businesses to integrate, monitor, assign, audit and troubleshoot required compliance learning.
- Oversees additional learning event planning and logistics. Supports organizing, planning, and executing of “just in time” learning events vs. static courses.
- Owns LMS reporting - create, run, scheduling and analyze reports/dashboards.
- Oversees eLearning content – new and existing eLearning content (compliance and other) housed in LMS, ensures correct system enrollment and access, trouble shoots as needed.
- Integration and administrator of all 3rd party training content, including but not limited to LinkedIn Learning & LearniT! Anytime.
- Monitors classroom enrollments, completions, and reporting, working with facilitators as needed to provide on-going support.
- Creates and maintains LMS system notifications.
Program Management: Provide program management support for our core talent management programs and processes. Collaborate with the team on design, build and implementation of innovative solutions and processes as well as providing support to other special projects requiring system support/administration (annual employee survey, etc.)
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years working with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules
- Strong problem solving, analytical and research skills
- Focus on continuous improvement with strong root cause analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey technical subject matter to ensure comprehension to all audiences.
- Collaborative partner and strong relationship builder
- Ability to manage competing priorities with excellent attention to detail
- Resourceful self-learner
