The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Operations Analyst I role is to partner and provide support to the Talent Acquisition Recruiting and Operations teams for all hiring initiatives across Shutterfly. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Lead for the Operations Coordination of the Photographer Recruiting Program:

  • Assist with the Recruiting and Onboarding of SmileHire Photographer Recruiters- 25+ recruiters and TA Ops Coordinators
  • Collaborate on updating and facilitating training of the SmileHire Recruiters and TA Ops Coordinators
  • Facilitate the gathering of requests by Field Hiring Managers for number of seasonal photographers needed by hiring supervisor and location
  • Assist with mapping out timing of hires needed and assignment of SmileHire Recruiters to territory assignments
  • Lead updates for tracking documents and reporting daily
  • Provide guidance on the recruiting and onboarding processes
    • Participate in Recruiting Strategy Calls with Hiring Managers
    • Help facilitate weekly Big and Small team update meetings with SmileHire recruiters
  • Provide escalated support and back up for sourcing to the SmileHire Recruiters
    • Troubleshoot issues to resolution i.e. low applicant flow, hiring managers not showing up for interviews, candidate no shows for interviews, etc.…
  • Organize and Maintain SmileHire Progress Reporting- Applicant Flow, Sources, Workflow Steps, and New Hires by Region and Business Line

Lifetouch Field TA Operations Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain hiring reports by business line for the Lifetouch leadership team
  • Provide key reporting and analysis as needed to support TA Managers for all business lines
  • Assist with providing day to day work direction and support to the TA Ops Coordinators/Job Posting team
    • Ensure Positions Requests are tracked and opened timely in Employee Central and Jobvite
    • Lead and monitor Paid Job Postings for the Lifetouch Field
    • Key partner with outside sourcing tools- JobTarget, Zip, Spotify, etc. Analyze tools regularly to determine what is working and what isn’t
    • Coordinate Lifetouch Field paid job ad chargebacks to business line cost centers
  • Participate in weekly update meetings with Lifetouch Business Ops and HRBP teams
  • Jobvite Data- lead the TA Ops/Job Posting Coordinators for regular Jobvite data updates and clean up
  • Collaborate with Lifetouch Field Hiring Managers (non-SmileHire) for seasonal hiring planning and readiness.
  • Help facilitate annual Field Hiring Managers Best Hiring Practices and Jobvite training sessions
  • Provide ongoing support to Field Hiring Managers for hiring needs and troubleshoot issues to resolution

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent related experience.

Experience:

  • Up to 3 years of TA or HR Operations experience preferred in a Corporate and Field environment for a range of roles
  • Proficiency with creating reports utilizing Excel and in Jobvite - Analyzing data and presenting results (in an audience-centric manner)
  • Working in a customer-facing, consultative role building effective relationships
  • Working in a cross-functional environment
