The Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for data validation, reporting and analysis to ensure master data is accurate, enriched, and adheres to Shorr data standards and guidelines. The successful candidate will be a leader in ensuring that integrated applications support reliable decision-making and business operations related to Shorr’s data

Master Data Management and Quality

• Develop and monitor internal data guidelines and strategies while aligning with other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement data validation rules. 
• Assist with the integration of data from various sources.
• Cleanse, standardize, and enrich data.
• Increase data integrity by identifying and correcting data anomalies.

Reporting and Analysis

• Create and maintain data KPIs to assess data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and uniqueness.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate KPIs and trends to stakeholders.
• Analyze values and trends within the data to improve quality, normalization, and enrichment efforts. 

Collaboration and Compliance

• Lead continuous improvement efforts around data quality and process efficiency across integrated applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend improvements and coordinate changes with other members of the Data Team and IT.
• Be recognized as a leading resource for master data within the company. 

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting including data validation, master data management and analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset
• Advanced Query; SQL skillset
• Advance BI Tool skillset
