We are looking for a 3PL Warehouse Logistics Coordinator with strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, a true appreciation for excellence and an entrepreneurial mindset. This position is responsible for coordinating daily transactions with our 3PL warehouse partners.  Transactions would include the processing of daily 3PL receipts, shipments and inventory adjustments/reconciliation. The successful candidate will work closely with customer service to assure high standards of customer service for all 3PL transactions.  Complete all required processes and steps related to outbound shipments, inbound inventory receipts and inventory reconciliation.    

Responsibilities    

  • Process 3PL daily transactions in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
  • Complete all required processes and steps related to outbound shipments, inbound inventory receipts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Identify and resolve problems with 3PL transactions.
  • Audit all 3PL partner invoices. Escalate approval requests and invoice problem resolution to 3PL manager.
  • Track and expedite open receipts and sales order transactions within the 3PL location.
  • Audit and reconcile 3PL inventory against monthly recurring inventory charges. Escalate and correct as appropriate.
  • Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all inventory and logistics operational issues
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity by performing daily inventory reconciliations.
  • NOTE: Vacation approvals are subject to peak season workload demands and may not be allowed during November and December.

Requirements    

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Inventory Control or Inventory Planning experience highly desired.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including formulas, sorts, filters, pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUP, etc. required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, and ability to recognize financial trends in data
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally and diplomatically communicate well in writing, over the phone, and face to face
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
