Shockwave Medical, Inc. is a pioneer in the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Shockwave Medical aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

Position Overview

The M365 Developer role will be responsible for development and support of applications built on the Microsoft 365 stack like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platforms etc.

Essential Job Functions

  • Supports a broad range of Microsoft 365 platform technologies to include SharePoint, Team, Power Platform, and 365 tenant management.
  • Work closely with the helpdesk team to provide a secure, reliable, and efficient Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Provide technical and operational subject matter expertise for Microsoft 365 platform adoptions in the organization
  • Perform service operational tasks including but not limited to fulfilling support requests, resolving incidents, providing access, evaluating events, and managing problems.
  • Perform necessary routine recurring tasks associated with the daily maintenance and support of the Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Work with end users and other support staff to configure, troubleshoot and maintain all layers of Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Develop and configure components on SharePoint, Teams, Power apps, power automate etc.
  • Supports the development solutions that will address a wide range of business needs including workflows, forms, document management, business reports and dashboards utilizing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Support migration to Office 365 using tools like Sharegate.

Requirements

  • 8-9 years IT experience preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience developing and configuration of sites on SharePoint Online.
  • 5+ years in depth experience with managing and/or maintaining SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft’s other teamwork solutions (Teams, Power Platform, OneDrive)
  • 3+ years hands-on-experience with developing solutions using ASP.NET, Visual Studio, SharePoint object model, CSOM, JSOM, REST APIs, SharePoint Online Modern webparts using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and M365 Graph APIs, Powershell scripting etc.
  • 2+ years working on Power platform: Power apps, power automate etc.
  • 1+ years’ experience in building and executing PowerShell scripting for developing solutions, administrating, and managing 365 tenants.
  • Experience with latest technologies like node.js and angular preferred.
  • Experience with migration of file systems, and other systems to SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive etc. using Sharegate or other migration tools.
  • Nice to have knowledge on RPA solutions.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audience.

Market Range: $92,000 - $134,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, expertise, and location.
