About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Italian field-based team, driving commercial success and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospital market. You’ll be empowered to shape your territory, influence access, and make a real difference to patients’ lives.
This role will be responsible for the following regions: Abruzzo, Molise, Marche, and Umbria. Your responsibilities will include:
- The main role of the KAM is to actively promote the products in the portfolio, highlighting their specific advantages with a patient-centered approach.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key hospitals across your territory.
- Drive formulary inclusion and ensure rapid uptake of promoted products.
- Build and maintain a strong network of stakeholders and brand advocates.
- Identify new business opportunities and deliver on commercial objectives.
- Analyse data to inform strategy, monitor performance, and anticipate future needs
- Collaborate with Market Access and Healthcare Services teams to deliver integrated solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in the hospital market in Italy, with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and formulary access.
- Previous or current experience in the hospital market is required.
- Residence in Abruzzo is preferred.
- Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to manage multiple key accounts.
- Identify and action new opportunities which will drive business
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ethical, honest, and fully compliant with local and company regulations.
