We are now seeking an Hospital Speciality Business (HSB) Product Manager to join our Commercial team in Spain. This role sits at the heart of commercial execution, translating European brand strategy into locally relevant, compliant and impactful initiatives, while working closely with crossfunctional teams and the field organisation.

About the Role

You will play a central role in shaping and executing brand strategy, ensuring it reflects realworld clinical practice, customer needs and market dynamics. Working crossfunctionally with sales, medical, market access, commercial excellence, digital, insights and compliance teams, you will align stakeholders behind a shared vision and deliver consistent, highquality execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating European brand strategy into clear, locally relevant plans for Spain, including launch preparation and inmarket execution
  • Designing and delivering integrated marketing initiatives across field force, digital, congress and promotional channels
  • Acting as a close partner to the sales team, providing strong messaging, tools, campaigns and training aligned to brand objectives and launch priorities
  • Plays an active customerfacing role, engaging with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to gather insights and ensure brand strategies are grounded in realworld clinical practice
  • Leading crossfunctional collaboration to align priorities, timelines and execution across multiple stakeholders
  • Managing the brand budget responsibly, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and activities are delivered on time

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded marketer with strong hospital experience and the ability to influence across a matrix organisation. You will be comfortable operating close to the field, managing a broad range of stakeholders, and balancing strategic thinking with handson execution, particularly in a launch environment.

You will bring:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management
  • Experience in digital and omnichannel marketing, with the ability to design and activate integrated campaigns across field force and digital channels
  • Proven experience in hospital or specialty business
  • Ideally experience supporting product launches, with exposure to antiinfectives or infectious diseases is desirable
  • Strong understanding of brand management, integrated marketing and field force collaboration
  • Experience working in fastmoving, international or matrix organisations
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to manage diverse personalities and expectations
  • A proactive, handson approach, with energy, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken English
