We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to join our Northern Cluster affiliate, based in London. This is a development role, ideal for someone looking to grow and take on a broad set of responsibilities. We welcome candidates with less experience who are eager to learn and develop into the role.

About the Role

This is a hands-on and varied position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of key marketing activities and develop your skills across multiple areas.

• Act as Brand Champion, collaborating with key stakeholders and communicating the brand vision with passion and energy inside and outside the company.
• Develop and implement marketing materials, ensuring Veeva PromoMats approval and compliance with Shionogi BV SOPs.
• Coordinate and support congress strategy, including planning, logistics, and presence at conferences and customer meetings.
• Lead brand planning activities and help shape the annual commercial plan, assimilating market insights and competitor feedback.
• Handle media presence, ensuring brand messaging is consistent and impactful.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Customer Insights) to deliver the affiliate operations plan.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing and ready to embrace a broad and developmental role within a dynamic team.

• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing and branding strategies for pharmaceutical products
• A passion for marketing and brand management, with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Strong project planning skills, with the ability to deliver objectives on time and on budget.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to push back and challenge constructively.
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats and digital media is highly desirable, but not essential.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about learning and development.
• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing and/or Life Sciences.
