About the Role:
We are looking for a Program Specialist to join our amazing team. As part of the Account Management team, the Program Specialist will help support a large digital account for a major automotive brand and work directly with clients and partners to launch digital retailing programs and communicate successes. The qualified candidate will get to work with the latest marketing technology and platforms, run dealership launch calls, assist in launch testing, assist with testing new integrations with vendors and the OEM, ongoing review of client’s sites, manage resolution log for defects, ensure issues/defects are clearly outlined for vendors to resolve, and send vendor communications.

Role Responsibilities:                                                                                    
  • Support multi-team calls for Dealership program launches
  • Support provider sync calls on weekly basis
  • Provide support for a nationwide Certified Digital Marketing Program through quality assurance, defect tracking, and issue resolution
  • Monitor, track and update defect log and timelines to ensure we meet client expectations
  • Communicate to busines the completion of program launches including any launch defects/issues
  • Support client meetings and help prepare/present successes and opportunities
  • Build engaging partner relationships and help to ensure deliverables are met and vendor performance is in line with program expectations
  • Product release testing and integration testing
  • Use of testing resources such as Zephyr and JIRA
  • Assist the Program Manager in communications to vendors when defects are discovered/identified
  • Work collaboratively as part of the larger client team to identify new products or data opportunities to improve the value of the program
  • Assist with issue identification and resolution when problems are identified
 
 
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Website Design, or related fields
  • Project Management, and/or Account Management skills
  • Vendor Management and Vendor Communication
  • Client support / presentation experience
  • Understanding of the quality assurance, program testing and validation, and defect reporting
  • Detailed & functional expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel (i.e. creating complex spreadsheets, including use of Pivot Tables and graphs)
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated with the ability to independently work on projects and tasks
  • Automotive experience is a plus
