  • Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties 
  • All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
  • Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
  • Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system

Opened in 1955, Sharp Memorial Hospital is Sharp HealthCare's largest hospital and the system's only designated Level II trauma center. 656 bed hospital including 48 for intensive-care services including the county’s largest emergency and trauma center + stroke center

  • Join an established team of 2 Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
  • Work 10-11 days/month: 24-hour shifts
  • No admissions/discharges- Consults and follow-ups only- Night shift call is remote
  • Required to read EEG's, must be comfortable with stroke codes 
  • Must be board certified to be considered – if resident/fellow, will be required to become board certified within the first 2 years of employment
  • Sign-on bonus plus full comprehensive benefits package including vacation and CME stipend 
  • Shareholder track- Eligible for shareholder after 2nd year of employment 
  • PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Eligible

 Minimum starting annual base salary of $230,000-$315,000/yr. The posted annual salary is the starting annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
