• Our group has 150+ Primary care providers working across San Diego County in 19 clinic sites
• SRSMG is a large, physician led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
• Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties in medicine
• All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
• Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication amongst group PCP's & specialists
• Join a 600+ provider group with dedicated Family Medicine Department

Position Details

• Job share opportunity with an experienced physician
• 0.5 FTE (Half-Time) working 2.5 days/week
• 100% outpatient only with shared phone call across large provider pool
• Average of 19-22 patients per day

Minimum starting annual base salary of $132,500/year. The posted annual salary is the starting annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
