NP/PA Family and Internal Medicine: Full-Time Outpatient Opening

- Group has 19 outpatient clinic locations throughout San Diego
- SRSMG is a large, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
- Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties in medicine
- All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
- Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication amongst group PCP's & specialists
Position Details:
- Group is seeking an experienced NP/PA in primary care to join Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group for both Internal Medicine and Family Medicine coverage
- To be considered for the position candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years working full-time (as an NP/PA) in an outpatient primary care clinical setting
- Hours are from 8am to 5pm, five days a week w/one hour for lunch
- Provide additional patient access
- Assist with same day visits
- Assist with tasks coverage
- No after hour call / No inpatient work

Annual starting salary for a new NP/PA graduate is $134,000/year. The posted annual salary may vary and is dependent on several factors including candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications related to the position. APP's may also be eligible to receive bonuses and incentives related to the specific role. In addition, NP's and PA’s receive a full comprehensive benefits package including CME allowance.
