What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct pre- and post-surgical office visits, including chemotherapy schedule coordination
  • Assist surgeons in operating rooms, ASCs, and hospitals
  • Provide inpatient, ER, and post-op care with individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with physicians to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Perform medication reconciliation and coordinate discharge planning
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
  • Educate patients on procedures, recovery, and ongoing care
  • Support staff and student training; participate in clinical education
  • Participate in surgical rounds and on-call duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • NPs: Accredited Nurse Practitioner program graduate with current CA RN/NP license, national certification (ANCC/AANP), DEA, and furnishing license
  • PAs: Accredited PA program graduate with current CA PA license, DEA, and Controlled Substance License (CSL)
  • At least 6 months of surgical experience; gynecologic oncology preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Experience:
  • Robotic surgery assistance
  • Gynecology or oncology-specific clinical work
  • Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
