Job Summary:      
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position serves as a central resource for quality reporting, compliance oversight, training, systems management, and operational support. The Operations Coordinator works closely with practice managers, providers, and leadership to streamline workflows, maintain data integrity, and enhance both staff and patient experience.
  
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Support standardization of front office workflows across multiple sites.
    •    Oversee accuracy and consistency in medical records processes, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
    •    Monitor referral workflows for timely submission, tracking, and completion.
    •    Develop tools, logs, and checklists to support Medical Records and Referral Coordinators.
    •    Serve as a resource for practice managers to troubleshoot operational issues.
    •    Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
    •    Maintain comprehensive services offered list and network directories for IPA groups.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
    •    2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, compliance, or quality reporting.
    •    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    •    Proficiency in EMR systems and external payer portals.
    •    Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
    •    Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements.
