Are you an experienced RN with a background in primary care and a passion for leadership? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to take charge of our Medical Assistants and elevate our patient care experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Are you an experienced RN with a background in primary care and a passion for leadership? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to take charge of our Medical Assistants and elevate our patient care experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and mentoring Medical Assistants.
- Primary Care Expertise: Extensive experience in providing high-quality care in a primary care setting for all age groups.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a high level of customer service.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in patient care coordination and file maintenance.
- Calm and Patient Demeanor: Ability to handle interactions with patients, employees, and physicians with patience and professionalism.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA, OSHA, and Cal-OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree in nursing (ADN)
- Certification and Licensures: CA State Nursing license (required), Current BLS Certification (required)
- Experience: Previous experience in a Primary Care Medical office or clinical setting required
- Leadership Experience: Preferred
