The APC Operational Serve as the clinical and operational liaison between APCs, Physicians, site supervisor, and Focus Health leadership. The APC Site Lead ensures effective communication between operations and clinicians, drive alignment across all functions with the operations site supervisor, co-responsible for the site-specific operational metrics at their assigned clinic(s).
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Licensure: Active California license (NP or PA)
- Board Certification: In Family Medicine (or board-eligible)
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential strongly preferred
- 1+ years of clinical experience as a NP or PA in a related area preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages preferred.
