We are seeking a Medical Director who embodies our core values of care, compassion, and competence. The successful candidate will oversee the medical aspects of the practice, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality healthcare. This is a leadership role that requires excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary:  $250,000 - $350,000 (Dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage a team of Physicians and Physician Assistants
- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures
- Review and approve treatment plans and patient referrals
- Monitor quality and effectiveness of healthcare services
- Maintain a clear line of communication with the team and patients
- Provide exceptional, compassionate care to each and every patient

Qualifications:

- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
