Position Title: Clinical Supervisor  

Location: Heart and Wellness Center (National City/Chula Vista locations)  

Employment Type: Full Time  

Annual Range: $60,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)

Our team of board-certified cardiologists and multilingual support staff provides comprehensive and compassionate care for disorders of the heart and circulatory system. With multiple services including nuclear imaging, vascular ultrasounds, and echocardiograms, our practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology for diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases. The Clinical Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing both the clinical and administrative facets of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while maintaining operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Operations, the CS will utilize their leadership and clinical expertise to make autonomous decisions, fostering a productive and positive working environment.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficient knowledge of medical clinic operations, including patient care workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, ensuring staff accountability and operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in management practices.
• Excellent organizational skills, cultural competency, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficient knowledge of medical clinic operations, including patient care workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, ensuring staff accountability and operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in management practices.
• Excellent organizational skills, cultural competency, and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:  

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficient knowledge of medical clinic operations, including patient care workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, ensuring staff accountability and operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in management practices.
• Excellent organizational skills, cultural competency, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Work Schedule:  

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional Saturdays and the possibility of overtime as needed to meet clinic demands.
