  • Providing customer service regarding credit issues, process and review credit limit adjustments, resolve internal and external disputes for credit-related issues.
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and integrity of diverse A/R portfolio
  • Perform in-depth customer research using a number of different resources
  • Compile detailed financial analysis with a focus on liquidity, solvency and overall creditworthiness.
  • Accountable for working with customers to reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
  • Enlist the efforts of other departments and management when necessary to accelerate the credit process.
  • Must communicate & follow up effectively with other departments and management regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers and other departments.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Credit Department.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor
  • Processing daily credit limit requests and performing customer research
  • Regular inputting and reporting of credit and financial data
  • Analyze and monitor credit risk for a number of different scenarios
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Meet defined department goals and activity metrics

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent
  • 2-5 years in a credit analysis role
  • Capable of interpreting, understanding, and analyzing financial statements
  • Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
  • Proficient in utilizing databases, Microsoft products and the internet
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable knowledge
  • Very strong attention to detail, goal oriented
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
